FlowCAM was the first imaging-based particle analyzer to be sold commercially. It has continued to lead the way in imaging particle analysis technology. FlowCAM captures digital images of particles and stores up to 26 different measurements for each particle image. This allows for automated characterization of different particle types in a heterogeneous sample using our powerful statistical pattern recognition software, VisualSpreadsheet. FlowCAM is currently in use on six continents in a variety of applications, ranging from aquatic (ocean and freshwater analysis) applications to industrial applications such as pharmaceutical, chemical, food&beverage and many others.
