FOSS Vision Software

The FOSS NIRSystems Vision® software features a user-friendly environment for instrument operation and method development. Vision includes many features that make PAT implementation fast and convenient. Reliable predictions of process parameters, graphical display of results and flexible process communication options allow easy NIR application development at all stages of production.   

Vision can output qualitative and/or quantitative results in many ways, making interfacing to process control systems easy and flexible. In addition, Vision data acquisition and instrument diagnostics can be controlled externally. Vision comes with a full set of diagnostic tools to conduct instrument performance tests that meet cGMP criteria.   

The Vision software protects your sensitive data and methods through an extensive security system. Vision allows login as one of four types of users: System Manager, Developer, Operator or Routine Analysis Operator. These types of users differ by the level of access to software functions.   

As an option, Vision provides interface with CAMO's OLUP (Online Unscrambler Predictor) and OLUC (Unscrambler Online Classifier). All NIR analyzers from FOSS NIRSystems can use Unscrambler models and perform online prediction.
