Promega Spectrum Compact CE

The Spectrum Compact Capillary Electrophoresis (CE) System is an integrated and efficient instrument that brings you the independence to perform Sanger sequencing and fragment analysis in your laboratory, under your control, and at your convenience. It is designed for use with existing sequencing chemistries using fluorescently labelled dideoxynucleotide triphosphate and 4-, 5- and 6-dye STR kits from Promega and other commercially available kits.          

Consumables:  Plug-and-Play prefilled consumables with guided software user interface brings capillary electrophoresis capabilities to the hands of any researcher in the laboratory regardless of skill level or expertise. Not only is the Spectrum Compact System simple to set up and operate, but related consumables such as pre-filled buffers and polymer are also available in convenient packaging. Accessories such as plates, septa mats and formamide are also available for purchase. All consumables and accessories use barcoding to track key information.
