Return Policy: 30 Day.
All products are direct from the manufacturer and are new
and unused. All products are tested and in perfect working
condition before they are shipped so there should be no
problem with the functionality of a product. Upon receipt
by buyer, should the item be defective or need warranty
repair, the Manufacturer will replace the item.
For Refunds, all items must be returned in their complete
packaging with all accessories within 30 Days of purchase.
You must call for an RMA number BEFORE you ship your unit
back.
All items must be in "NEW" condition upon return. Any
items with scratches or appear to have been abused will not
be refunded and will be returned to the buyer.
However, if you receive a wrong or defective item please
contact us by email within 7 days from the date of delivery
for the product and we will resolve the situation with an
exchange. If an item arrives damaged, it must be reported
immediately and noted on the delivery receipt for proper
credit. We are committed to 100% customer satisfaction so
we will replace or exchange the item. Again, be sure to
email us within 7 days of receipt of the item.
Damaged / Defective Products Exchange: An RMA must be
obtained for returns to be exchanged. Email us or Call 702-
490-5163 to obtain an RMA. Boxes, packaging materials,
wrappers, cartons, instruction manuals, warranty cards, and
products must be in their original condition without
markings, tape, folds, or defacing of any kind. Products
returned missing accessories or original packaging will not
be accepted. Products returned in damaged or unacceptable
condition or without an RMA will be returned to the
customer without exchange. Condition will be assessed at
our discretion.
Note: The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping
and handling for return/exchange items. Shipping and
handling fees are non-refundable. Please use the most
convenient means of shipping. Insurance on the package is
encouraged.
